Alexander Ridge Park

On the edge of the Manitoba Escarpment, is a public park commemorating educator and conservationist Donald James Alexander. At a height of about 100 m above the plains below, Alexander Ridge Park provides a vast view across the Red River Valley. The park has a small picnic area and information about the Trans Canada Trail. A small viewing tower including a telescope has been constructed adjacent to the gravel drive.
