Garbage and Recycle day is Monday for the LUD of Miami, they are both picked up bi-weekly and are the opposite week of the other.

LUD of Miami 2023 Waste/Recycle Pickup Schedule

RURAL RESIDENTS –

The garbage trailer is available at the recycling depot on Tuesdays.  All Rural residents are welcome to drop garbage in the trailer, please be mindful that there is a 2 bag limit.

The 4 large, blue MWM recycling bins at t he recycling depot are available for all to use with no limit.

Please be advised that the recycling/rural resident garbage site is monitored by security cameras, and the garbage trailer is for use by Rural residents only. All others will be billed accordingly.

With the weather getting warmer and greenhouses starting to open, a reminder that plant pots are not accepted in your recycling bin. These items can be taken to a 4R Winnipeg Depot for recycling (no black pots) or returned to a greenhouse for reuse. Happy gardening!
